In a little over two months’ time, the HSRCA will be heading back to Eastern Creek International Raceway to burn off the winter blues with some hot historics.

Last time we were there was for the 2010 Lotus Sydney Tasman Revival, and a ball was had by all. We recently received some photographs taken by Roderick Mackenzie during the event, so it is time to share! Thanks to Rod for sharing his work!

The wealth of Tasman Revival coverage continues, with Derek ‘DeeJay51’ completing and publishing his comprehensive, entertaining and well-photographed coverage of the weekend.

Motosport Retro’s 2010 Lotus Sydney Tasman Revival photo galleries: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

The drawing of our ‘Win a Lotus Elise’ competition took place at the 2010 Lotus Sydney Tasman Revival on Sunday afternoon, while brave drivers of various Formula series cars were hanging it all out on a very wet Eastern Creek International Raceway.

We are pleased to announce that the lucky winner of the Elise was ticket number 253, held by John Fraser from Bowral. The car will now be registered in his name and there will be a formal “handing over of the keys” in about a week at Shannons in Sydney.

We would like to thank everyone who entered, and we wish John all the best in his lovely Elise!

Today was a special day at the 2010 Lotus Sydney Tasman Revival. We were joined by our patron, Sir Jack Brabham, who, along with a dazzling contingent of Tasman era drivers, took part in our Tasman Legends parade.

But they were not the only legends at the track today, or over this weekend.

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the 2010 Lotus Sydney Tasman Revival, every volunteer, organiser, official, driver, pit crew member and spectator who joined us and helped to create such a fantastic event.

You’re all legends, thank you!
